Pork Tender Loins, seasoned with our custom Dry Rub, then high heat roasted to seal the flavor and juices.
(Tender and juicy, roast is custom carved and served with Mustard seed chili or Pork Gravy.)

with skin on, garnished with fresh Cranberries and glaze.
