Carving and Pasta Stations

Chefs Carving Station (Choose 2)

This aged to perfection Roast Beef is seasoned and roasted, then carved in front of you and your guests.
(Served with a Brown Gravy Sherry Reduction Sauce)

Pork Tender Loins, seasoned with our custom Dry Rub, then high heat roasted to seal the flavor and juices.
(Tender and juicy, roast is custom carved and served with Mustard seed chili or Pork Gravy.)

 Roasted Turkey (free range, breast meat), directly seasoned then roasted to a golden perfection
with skin on, garnished with fresh Cranberries and glaze.

(Served with mashed potatoes or rice pilaf and vegetable medley or string beans)

Bowtie, Fusilli, Penne or Rigatoni (with any 2 Sauces)
Vodka Cream, Marinara Sauce, Alfredo Cream, Vegetable Primavera Sauce or Bolognese Sauce.
 Pan heated at station in front of you and your guests.
