On display upon your guests arrival. Featuring assorted, sliced, cured and smoked meats, international cheeses, seasonal melons, berries and our signature fresh vegetable dip. Salads (Choose 1)Caesar Salad
Choice romaine lettuce hearts, with seasoned croutons and our signature homemade Caesar Dressing. Mesculin Salad Fresh assorted baby greens, sliced cucumber, grape tomatoes and shredded carrots. Tossed with our house vinaigrette. Pasta (Choose 1)Penne Pasta with Vodka cream sauce
Tri color Fussilli pasta al Fresco Asparagus tips, Baby Portobello mushrooms, Broccoli florets and fresh plum tomatoes sautéed with garlic and olive oil. Finished with white wine vegetable stock and topped off with cubes of fresh Mozzarella. Rigatoni pasta with Bolognese sauce This authentic sauce is hearty in flavor with ground beef. Red wine, fresh plum tomato sauce and the perfect balance of garden herbs. Pasta Marinara My classic Marinara is made from crushed Plum tomatoes, basil and aromatic sliced garlic cloves then slow stewed for a simply perfect base sauce. Enjoy this masterpiece with the pasta of your choice. Entrees (Choose 2)Signature Francese
Boneless chicken breast thinly sliced and seasoned. Enhanced by Riesling wine and lemon zest sauce,finished with fresh aromatic parsley and tiny capers. Veal Marsala Tender veal fillets pan seared with sliced Portobello mushrooms, served with my signature Marsala sauce. Beef Wellington Thin sliced Filet Mignon with caramelized onions and mushrooms, layered between Puff pastry sheets and baked to perfection.Topped with beef stock reduction glaze. Mongolian Beef or Pork Seasoned meat, roasted and stewed with apricots, Asian pears, fragrant roots and fresh herbs. Carved and then topped with a reduction glaze from drippings and a hot chili and curry chutney, giving this dish a comfort flavor, infusion with an exotic sweet and spicy taste experience. Carved Roast Prime Cut meat, served with homemade gravy Grilled Salmon Served with fresh basil pesto and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Accompaniments (Choose 2)Tan and White Rice
A daring mixture of brown and white Jasmine rice with a mixture of Kale, celery, onion and a hint of sweet peppers.
